Winter / Spring Term
The Winter/Spring Term continues with competition routines and public performances. The company presents a new ballet every winter and ends the dance year with "Everything's Coming Up Roses" dance recital. Winter/Spring term runs from January-May. We continue to train our dancers in as many styles as we can, while maintaining the Royal Blue authenticity. Dancers are taught starting at the basics. Even if they are experienced dancers, it's never a bad idea to go back to basics.
Winter Ballet Program
Blue Rose Performing Arts puts on a different winter program every year. Shows are inspired by other ballets, books, and films. Sometimes it is an original concept. Each winter program tells a story through the many styles we teach. Students have the opportunity to perform in group numbers, trios, duets, or in a starring role. The winter program acts like a small fundraiser performance, for our competitions, props, and "Everything's Coming Up Roses".
"Everything's Coming Up Roses" Annual Dance Recital
This is our biggest event of the year. All of our dancers from each class, branch, or company put on this amazing production. The "Royal Blues" shine in many different routines and colors, but ultimately come back to the blue poms and boots for a power house finale. This year will mark the 9th show of "Everything's Coming Up Roses".
